Dr. Ferdousi Begum worked on the Kinetic investigation on the alkaline hydrolysis of Crystal Violet in presence of reverse micelles and microemulsions of CTAB for her undergraduate project. For her M.Sc. thesis, she worked on hydrolysis of Crystal Violet and Bromazepam catalyzed by micelles, reverse micelles and microemulsions. For her PhD thesis she worked on micelles, reverse micelles and micromulsions as media for kinetic studies and electrodeposition of Co, Cu, Zn, Ni and Sn. She tried to establish a suitable media to control the reaction rates of different reactions and the morphology and structure of different metals by electrodeposition.
